Tim has over twenty years experience leading strategic business analysis related to pricing, revenue management, sales and distribution in airline and hospitality. After receiving his MBA from SMU in Dallas, Texas, Tim started his airline career at Southwest Airlines and Northwest Airlines, leading their Sales Planning and Analysis division. He then spent four years gaining hospitality experience at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Tim is currently working at Delta Air Lines leading their Customer Experience Design group.
Director of Digital Strategy & Optimization, Virgin Voyages
Tamara is a Director of Digital Strategy & Optimization at Virgin Voyages – part of the Virgin Group’s family of brands – and is focused on redefining what consumers should expect from cruising and creating an “Epic Sea Change for All.” Prior to Virgin, she worked at PwC where she developed and led the group’s measurement practice, focused on data-driven approaches to digital marketing – successfully engaging and converting audiences for its Fortune 500 clients.
XM Catalyst, Qualtrics XM Institute
Recently named one of Loyalty 360’s Top 10 Most Influential Individuals in Customer Experience & Customer Loyalty, Greg is an expert when it comes to customer, employee and brand strategy. Prior to joining the Qualtrics team, Greg owned his own consulting firm, Experience Strategy Associates and previously served as Corporate Vice President of Guest Strategy & Insights for MGM Resorts International.
