About Retrieving Data

After you create a job, you can use it to perform more uploads when needed.

Qtip: It isn’t possible to retrieve data for Ad-Hoc File Upload jobs that run only once.

Retrieving Data

  1. Sign in to Connectors.
  2. Make sure the JOBS tab is selected.
  3. Find the job you want to retrieve data for using filters or search.
  4. You can retrieve data for one job or for all jobs that are currently displayed in the jobs table.

Retrieving Data for One Job

  1. Expand the actions menu next to the job and select Retrieve Data from the dropdown menu.
  2. In the Retrieve Data window, select the time period for the data to pull from the Load all responses from dropdown menu.
    Qtip: You have the option to change the duplicate detection mode just for this data pull by selecting one of the options shown in the table below.
    Mode Description
    Reject duplicates for existing documents and create new records for new documents (default) When a duplicate document is found, it is rejected.

    Non-duplicate documents are processed as new records.

    Update structured attributes for existing documents and create new records for new documents When a duplicate document is found, the following happens:

    • Current structured attributes are updated with non-empty values.
    • New structured attributes are added to the current document.
    • Existing verbatim fields are not updated.
    • New verbatim fields are not added.

    Non-duplicate documents are processed as new records.

    Update structured attributes for existing documents and don’t create records for new documents When a duplicate document is found, the following happens:

    • Current structured attributes are updated with non-empty values.
    • New structured attributes are added to the current document.
    • Existing verbatim fields are not updated.
    • New verbatim fields are not added.

    Non-duplicate documents are rejected.

  3. Click Ok to start the upload job.

Retrieving Historical Data for All Jobs Currently Displayed in Jobs Table

  1. Click Bulk Actions at the top of the Jobs page and select Retrieve Data from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click Yes to start multiple jobs.
    Qtip: When you retrieve data for a disabled job, the job remains disabled.
