About Managing Your Services

“Manage my services” is a page on the Customer Success Hub where you can see what’s included in your Success Package, or upgrade your Success Package.

Qtip: Only Brand Administrators can upgrade a Success Package. Success Package users who aren’t Brand Admins will be able to see what’s available in their Success Package, but they won’t be able to upgrade.

Managing Your Current Package

Find your current success package where it’s highlighted, then click Contact Us to reach out to Qualtrics about your current success package.

Qtip: If your license includes multiple product lines and you’ve purchased Success Packages for them, you may also see a dropdown in the upper-right where you can switch between the Success Packages available to you.

After you click “Contact Us,” you’ll be taken to a form where you’ll have the following options:

  1. Upgrade your service package.
  2. Submit questions about add-on consulting services, such as Engineering Services or Research Services.
  3. Purchase services for another product line.
  4. Update or add users who can access your service package.
  5. Submit questions about what’s included in your services package.
  6. Other questions or requests that don’t match the previous options listed.

Upgrading Your Success Package

Underneath the list of Success Packages, you’ll see the features included in each, so you can compare across all packages. When you’ve found a package that you’re interested in, click Upgrade.

You’ll be taken to a form where you’ll be asked to confirm your selection. Once confirmed, your XM Success Manager will be notified of your decision, and will reach out to you via email to discuss.
