About Account History

The History tab of account settings allows account administrators to view an audit log of all actions taken within their Social Connect account.

Filtering Account History

By default, the History tab contains all actions performed by all users on all topics in your account. You can filter this history report to narrow down the actions displayed on this page. To filter your account history:

  1. Filter on type: Use this filter to choose the types of actions you want to include in the report. An overview of actions in this menu include:
  2. Filter on topic: Use this filter to choose the topics you want to include in the report. You can choose multiple topics.
  3. Filter on user: Use this filter to limit the report to actions performed by a specific user.
  4. Click Filter to apply your filters.
  5. Click Reset to revert your filters and view all actions.

Restoring Changes

Some actions can be reverted and you can have the changes restored to your Social Connect account. For example, if a user deletes mentions that were not resolved, you can restore these mentions.

For an action that can be reverted, click the Restore button next to the action in your account history to revert the action.
