About Tracking Job Changes

The job’s change log displays all the updates made to the job’s configuration. Use it for job tracking and better accountability.

Tracking Job Changes

  1. Sign in to Connectors.
  2. On the Jobs page make sure that the JOBS tab is selected.
    On the Jobs page make sure that the JOBS tab is selected. Find the job you want to modify using filters or search.
  3. Find the job you want to modify using filters or search.
  4. Expand the actions menu next to the job for which you want to track changes.

  5. Select Change Log.
  6. In the Change Log window, the following information is shown for each update.
    • Configuration Type: Shows the action performed.
    • Updated by: Shows who made the update.
    • Updated time: Shows the time of the update.
      In the Change Log window, the following information is shown for each update:

      Qtip: By default, the last 10 changes are displayed. You can change the number of updates per page using the dropdown menu at the bottom of the Change Log.
      Qtip: To sort the log by one of the columns, click the column header. To change between ascending and descending sorting, click the same header 1 more time.
  7. Click Close.
