Edit Admin Report (360)
What's on This Page:
About the Edit Admin Report Section
Admin reports are reports that display data for more general comparisons, such as across departments within your company, or between years the project was conducted. Admin reports tend to display averages for company data, instead of data for the subject alone.
After you create an admin report, you can edit it inside the Edit Admin Report section.
With very few exceptions, editing an admin report is almost exactly like editing a subject report.
Adding Data Sources
Constructing data sources in admin reports is the same as constructing data sources in subject reports, with one small exception.
Admin reports do not have the option to “Filter by Evaluation Scope,” which is how you make the subject report focus only on the subject’s data. Since admin reports aren’t for subject data, and instead display aggregate data for the whole 360 project, this is fine.
Check out the Adding Data Sources support page for more information on data sources.
Report Options
Admin Report Options are the same as Subject Report Options, with a few small exceptions.
Missing Options
Because the report isn’t being released to raters of a specific subject, Rater Category Display Logic does not exist in Admin Reports.
Admin reports also do not have the option to Copy Report from Project, Reset Report, or Clear Results Cache.
Copy Report
When you select Copy Report, you can create an exact duplicate of your report.
Delete Report
When you click Delete Report, your admin report is deleted. This is not recoverable!
Report Pages
Report Pages work almost exactly the same way in subject reports as in admin reports.
The only difference is that for Page Display Logic, conditions in admin reports can only be based off survey questions, Embedded Data, and scoring categories.

Shapes, Text, & Images
Generating shapes, text areas, and images is the same in admin reports as it is in subject reports.
