Inactive Surveys
Select the message that will appear to respondents when they try to access your survey after it has been deactivated. You can either use the default inactive survey message or create your own using the message library.
Default inactive survey message
If the survey is inactive/deactivated, this message displays:
“Thank you for your time, unfortunately this survey has been closed.”
“Thank you for your time, unfortunately this survey has been closed.”

- You can determine if your survey is active by looking at the Active column in the My Surveys tab. If the box in the Active column to the left of the survey name is gray, then it’s inactive. If it’s a green checkbox, then it’s active.
