About Job Summary
You can view job summaries to learn the details of the job such as the job’s data mapping setup, credentials used, scheduling options, and other metadata.
Accessing the Job Summary
- Sign in to Connectors.
- On the Jobs page make sure that the JOBS tab is selected.
- Find the job you want to review.
- Click the name of the job in the Job Name column.
Qtip: Alternatively, expand the job’s actions menu and select Summary.
- The job summary opens in the Job Details window.
Exporting Job Summaries
You can download job summaries for multiple jobs in a CSV file. This way you can better understand the type of data in your project and quickly modify the configuration of the jobs.
- Sign in to Connectors.
- On the Jobs page make sure that the JOBS tab is selected.
- Use filters or search to narrow down the list of jobs to the ones you wish to export the job summary for.
- Expand the Bulk Actions dropdown menu at the top of the jobs table and select Export Job Summaries.
- Wait until the job summaries export file is saved to your computer in CSV format.
Job Summaries Export Details
The following table provides information about the details available in the job summaries export file.
Column | Description |
name | The name of the job. |
feedback_provider | The mapping value for the feedback_ provider field helps you to identify data obtained from a specific provider. |
source_value | The mapping value for the source_value field helps you to identify data obtained from a specific source. This can be anything that describes the origin of data. |
feedback_type | The mapping value for the feedback_type field helps you to identify data based on its type. This is useful for reporting when your project contains different types of data (for example, surveys and social media feedback). |
job_name | The mapping value for the job_name field. means it’s mapped to the name specified when creating the job. |
loadDate | The mapping value for the load date, which indicates when a document was uploaded into XM Discover. |
