About Roles

Account Administrator is a user role reserved for customer user administrators and asset managers. This is the most powerful role that may be assigned to users within Studio in terms of self-governance.

In addition to System Administrators, Studio supports several types of power users who can perform a limited set of administrative functions and access additional reports on Studio usage.

Account Administrator Role

An Account Owner needs to select the Account Admin checkbox in the user details for the designated power users who are to act as account administrators.

Contact your Qualtrics representative to plan out the strategy of empowering your Account Administrators to perform account self-governance.

Account Administrators can perform these tasks:

Account Administrator License

The Account Administrator role can be applied to users with a Report Creator or greater license. One account can have up to three Account Administrators. Contact your Qualtrics Account Executive if you have questions about your license type.

Qtip: Account Administrators can have all permissions regardless of license type.

Power User Role

Power users are users who can perform limited administrative functions and access reports that standard users cannot.

Power User Role Types
